Day 32 of 173

By the time I had a second to sit down last night, it was after 11:00 and I wanted to go to bed.  So, needless to say, I did not make an entry!  Although it would have been four days in a row!  Oh well, at least I went and worked out.  OH!!...  And I achieved a personal best; even through all the pain!!!  :)  Here are some stats:

That's pretty good, wouldn't u say??  :)  I really, really, REALLLLLLLLY did not want to go work out yesterday; my legs were hurting SOO bad!!!  But I went and met my goal of burning 500 calories!  :)  I am going to be a fat burning machine within the next couple of weeks.  Can't wait!!!  My main goal right now is to lose 15 lbs by 1May.  I can do it!!!


Yesterday's goals were:


1.  Go to the Y.  CHECK
2.  Burn (at least) 500 calories on the ET!  CHECK
3.  Eat 2 servings of fruit in the morning.  CHECK
4.  Eat dinner @ home!  CHECK
5.  Be in bed by 11:00p.



I feel so accomplished by setting small, daily goals and achieving them!!  :)  I was in bed about 1145 which is super good for me b/c I usually stay up til after 1:00a.


Today's goals were:


1.  Go to the Y for appt w/Alicia.  CHECK
2.  Complete Week 1 Day 2 C25K.  (Had to do regular cardio b/c of shin splints; CHECK)
3.  Eat 2 servings of fruit in the morning.  CHECK
4.  Eat dinner @ home!  CHECK
5.  Be in bed by 11:00p (let's try this again).


On Tuesday, one of my goals was to mail books out...  Well, I did that today while Ethan was in school (so much easier!).  I also went and got a new pair of running shoes and some really comfy socks!!!  :)



I had an appt this morning with a trainer at the Y to go over some stuff.  I didn't have time to work out while I was there b/c during my appt, a lady fell off the elliptical and hit her head, and we had to wait for the ambulance to get there and take care of her.  Sooooooo, I made dinner tonight, waited for Jason to get home from work (he worked 1.5 hours ot), and went to the gym for my sweat session.  It was amazing!!!  I did the arc trainer and was shooting for 30 minutes...  Good news!!!  I did 30 minutes AND burned 500 calories; I'm so proud of myself!!!  I feel awesome!!!  :)  I called yesterday and made an appt for a pedicure as a reward...  Make it to the gym and work out every day and on Tuesday, 15Mar, I get a PEDICURE!!  :)

Tonights dinner was Easy Taco Casserole.  It was yummy!!!...  I didn't particularly care for it but Jason LOVED it!!!  :)  Oh yeah and we had to have a veggie so we heated up some carrots.


Tomorrow's goals:


1.  Be to the Y by 0930 (child watch opens @ 0915).
2.  If shins are good, do Week 1 Day 2 of C25K.  If not, burn 500 calories on elliptical.
3.  Eat a banana w/lunch.  :)
4.  Eat dinner @ home.
5.  Get package together to mail to Mom.


So, all in all, I am feeling really good and can't wait to start seeing results!  :)
