Ok. And once again, NINE days have gone by and I am not any closer to my goals. How does this happen?? Because Amanda replied to my last post, I went and reread what I had written b/c I haven't read it since I initially wrote it. I have not done anything that I wrote that day... UGH! And, of course, I only have myself to blame. I was going to start the From Couch to 5K last week but I got sick with some kinda stomach virus and was down for the whole week. So, I guess I have a good excuse b/c I couldn't even leave the house or the BATHROOM for that matter.
I guess I need to stop beating myself up and just start tomorrow! My plan is to get up, drop Ethan off at school, go to the gym, and get some errands taken care of (w/o my little man). I would really like the people (behind the counter) at the gym to know me by name!!! I would like to know them by name! I want to be a regular! :) And that is SOO doable! I just have to DO IT!!!
I cannot believe that tomorrow is the 8th of March already. Where does the time go? I was talking with a friend today and I mentioned to her that if I could just lose 10 lbs a month I would be happy. And she said that is what she told her husband just the other day. Ok, honestly, I would even be happy with 8 lbs/month. ANYthing is better than nothing. If I could just cut out 500 calories/day and burn 500 calories/day, that would be a loss of 2 lbs/week. I would be over the moon happy with that!! :)
Tomorrow's goals:
1. Go to the downtown YMCA.
2. Mail my textbooks.
3. Wash and cut the fruit.
4. Pay bills.
5. Finish laundry.
