Today's goals were:
1. Get up at 0830. Unsuccessful
2. Be to gym by 0915. I didn't get there until 1130 but I still got there. :)
3. Do weight loss program on elliptical. CHECK
4. Eat all meals @ home. CHECK
5. Be in bed by 11:00p. CHECK
And we had yummy, yummy steaks for dinner tonight. :)
It was really good and filling... Except I am very hungry right now. But I think I am just gonna go to bed. I have been struggling with my eating... Ugh!!!
Tomorrow's goals are:
1. Get up at 0830.
2. Be to gym by 0915!
3. Depending on shins, do Week 1 Day 3. If not, then burn 500 calories on the Arc trainer. :)
4. Eat all meals at home.
5. Be in bed by 11:00p.
