Day 4 of 35

Today's goals were:
1.  Get up at 0815, get E up, get him dressed, fed, and out the door for school by 0915.  SUCCESS
2.  Go to the gym immediately after.  SUCCESS
3.  Figure out a good cardio machine that my feet won't hurt afterwards.  SUCCESS
4.  Eat all meals at home.  SUCCESS
5.  Clean Ethan's room while he's at school; go through toys and clothes and get rid of stuff.  Got home from gym, fixed lunch, and sat down to watch "The Switch."

I got to the gym this morning and waited for Alicia to become available to show me this one cardio machine, that the first time I went on, could only do two minutes.  She said to shoot for five minutes in the step part and then five minutes in the jog part.  I will do this tomorrow and see how it goes!!!  :)  Wish me luck!  I put some more upbeat music on my iPhone so I should be good!  :)  We shall see...

After that, I warmed up for five minutes on the elliptical and burned 36 calories.  Then I did my lower body work out (lbwo) today!  After that, I signed up for 12 sessions of personal training and I start Monday!  I am soooo excited!  I can't wait to kick my metabolism up a notch!  I need it!!!  I have too many things stacked against me but I do not give them a second thought...  All I think about is losing weight and that I can't wait to start seeing results.  :)

I wasn't feeling cardio today so when I was done with my lbwo, I left.  I didn't feel guilty one bit and still don't.

Food calories were right on track again today...  :)  Consumed 1519 calories; deficit of 589.

Tomorrow's goals are:
1.  Get up by 0830.
2.  Be to the gym and ready to go as soon as Child Watch opens.
3.  Do 10 minutes of cardio on that machine that I was taught today (will learn name tomorrow).
4.  Finish the rest of cardio out on the elliptical; my new best friend!
5.  Eat all meals at home.

Had a wonderful day!!!  G'nite!
