This morning was amazing!... I got up before 0900 w/Ethan and we just got around and ready and walked out the door to the gym. It wasn't a chore getting us both ready... I think both knew what was going on and we just went with it. It was... EASY! I didn't have to talk myself into going to the gym; I didn't have to call my sisters to motivate me... It was a wonderful feeling! :)
Got to the gym @ 1000 and did 45 mins of Interval training on the elliptical. It was really hard. Took me a little bit to get back into it. I burned 530 calories. Think I might start shooting for more b/c I am pretty sure that I could have gone the whole hour on that training program. We'll see what tomorrow holds.
Today's goals were:
1. Go to the gym. CHECK
2. Burn 500 calories during cardio. CHECK
3. Go grocery shopping. NOPE; going when E is @ school tomorrow
4. Eat all meals at home. CHECK
5. Go to bed by 11:00p! CHECK
This day has been great. I feel so awesome! I feel so good about myself. I feel skinny even though I'm not (YET!!!). Been messing around with the goals on myfitnesspal.com and I have switched some things up so be looking out for my daily results! :)
Oh, btw, I was anxious and had Jason get the scale out... BIG mistake. It said I weighed the same. :( But then again, I had like a free-for-all over the weekend and my eating otherwise hasn't been on point. My goal for the week is to work on that! Kept track of calories today and did AWESOME! Came in under my allotted amount for the day. Allowed 2100, consumed 1743... :)
Tomorrow's goals are:
1. Get up at 0830, get Ethan up, get him dressed, feed him breakfast, and take him to school by 0915.
2. Go to the gym immediately after dropping him off.
3. Do a manual program of an incline of 5 and a resistance of 5 (saw a woman do that this morning and burned big time calories! So I'll try it & see how it goes!).
4. Go grocery shopping!!!
5. Wash the sheets on the guest bed and clean up that room a little bit (J's nephew & his wife are staying the night with me tomorrow night.). :)
I think that is it for now. Oh, I left my name and number for a trainer at the Y to call me so I can pick one and get my metabolism burning at a faster rate; just for the month of April. I have also started looking into Krav Maga classes and dance classes! :) I'm getting excited about things again!!! I will get there...

So proud of you... You can do it! If you make small goals that lead into big ones, you will continue to feel good about yourself and stay motivated. I have to do that with school, (I know it's not the same thing, but I have no motivation for school)... Keep up the good work Mis!!! YOU ARE AWESOME!!!
