Day 38 of 173

Hello and Happy Wednesday!!  Today was a GREAT day and it was also very beautiful out!

Today's goals were:
1.  Be up by 0900.  CHECK
2.  Be to the gym by 1000.  Well, I got there about 1100!...  So CHECK
3.  Do cardio on the elliptical/weight loss program.  CHECK
4.  Eat ALL meals @ home.  CHECK
5.  Be in bed by 11:00p.  CHECK

I feel good...  I just want to be at my goal weight!  Right now!  HA!  I am watching "The Biggest Loser" from last night and I just love this show.  I am going to check into getting the Flavors of the World Cookbook they advertised.  I will keep pushing past my cravings and my lack of motivation (to work out) and I will make this Operation MeltAway happen!!!...  MARK.  MY.  WORDS!  :)

That's about it for today.  Well, let me tell you about dinner really quick.  I took the pork chops out last night (for tonight's dinner) and they were still a little frozen this evening but I still put them in shake n' bake and just baked them a little longer than what the box called for.  I made some rice, heated up some green beans and carrots and waited for Jason to get home.  Poor guy worked over 13 hours today...  Well, I took the pork chops out and used the meat thermometer and it said they were done so I started cutting some up for Ethan.  I got this wiff of something stinky, thought maybe Ethan just farted or something, smelled the pork chops and I thought they smelled like butt.  Left it all on a plate until Jason got home so he could smell it; he said it smelled fine and it tasted great.  BUT...  I didn't eat any.  I was so bummed.  I did, however, eat the green beans, carrots, and some rice.

OH yeah!...  I went to Cato with Ethan and that was about a joke!  I was in there for about 45 minutes I would say and I was about ready to beat him!  :(  He was ALL over the store; it was a nightmare!  So I just grabbed a couple shirts and a pair of shoes (that I really liked) and left.  Tried the shirts on here and I am taking them back!!!  Need to find a sitter first b/c I refuse to take Ethan again!!!!

Tomorrow's goals are:

1.  Be up by 0830.
2.  Be to gym by 0915.
3.  Do Interval training on elliptical.
4.  Eat everything but lunch at home (b/c we are going to a lunch play date).
5.  Be in bed by 11:00p.

Thanks to all that are reading this.  Please post something; even if it's just HI!...  So I know I'm not just writing this just to write it (even though that would be ok also)!  Love yas...
