Day 35 of 173

Well I am just gonna chalk today up to being "off."  Taking a break from working out and eating at home.  :)  I just looked over my goals for today and I didn't do a single one.  HA!  Here I come tomorrow!!!

Today's goals were:
1.  Go to church.
2.  Go to the gym.
3.  Eat all meals at home!
4.  Get the stuff from Trang.
5.  Be in bed by 11:00p.

Fail at all of the above goals.

Tomorrow's goals are:
1.  Get up at 830.
2.  Be to gym by 9:15 (that's when Child Watch opens).
3.  Do weight loss program on elliptical.
4.  Eat all meals @ home.
5.  Be in bed by 11:00p.

Let's see if I can be more on top of things tomorrow.  I also have some cleaning around the house to do.  I want to declutter and I haven't done any of that so far this month.  Where does the time go??  :)

  1. P.S. I just feel like I am attacking a big, huge task and I'm getting nowhere fast. I am having a hard time not looking at the big picture!! It's hard to take it day by day when you have over 100 lbs to lose. Some days I do really good and take it one step at a time but then there are other days when I just feel overwhelmed (and that what I'm doing isn't working). :(
