Day 9 of 35

Today was great!!!...  Dropped Ethan off at school and headed straight to the gym.  I sat in my vehicle for what seemed forever before I made myself get out and walk in.  I was so sore and tired; I could have just fell asleep sitting there and I really wanted to too!!!  I went in, talked to my trainer for a minute, and then hopped on my best friend!!  It took me forever to warm up to where I could actually go at a decent pace.  I think I was into my 13th minute before I kicked it up a notch in the speed department!  I was initially shooting for 500 calories but I finished up the weight loss program and had only burned 388 calories, so I chose the interval program and told myself that I could push out enough to burn 312 calories and make it 700!!!  And that is just what I did!  :)  Completed 61 minutes and burned 719 calories!  I could barely walk when I was done though.  And even in the midst of this pain, I cannot WAIT for tomorrow's session with my trainer!  I am excited to see what she's gonna have me do.  And I can't wait to weigh-in, to take measurements and pictures in two weeks!  I wanna see what kind of results all of this hard work is going to yield!  AND then I can pick my reward for the great results!  I am thinking about a massage!  :)


Today's goals were:
1.  Go to the gym immediately after dropping Ethan off at school.  SUCCESS
2.  Burn @ least 500 calories on the elliptical.  SUCCESS
3.  Finish the laundry.  No, I didn't do ANY!
4.  Call Veterans of America (I think that's what they are called) and see if they'll pick up stuff in garage.  Forgot; will do this tomorrow
5.  Eat all meals at home!!  SUCCESS



So, I made enchilada chicken for dinner tonight w/refried beans on the side.  It was so yummy!  Jason loved it!!!  :)  Tomorrow night, I think, is gonna be fish.  I really wanted Mahi Mahi tonight but Jason didn't.  I think I am going to have him psyche himself out to have fish tomorrow night!  :)  W/a side of yummy veggies!!!!


Tomorrow's goals are:
1.  Be to the gym by 0950.
2.  Do at least ONE LOAD of laundry.
3.  Call Vets of America.
4.  Unload the dish washer.  (It's significant b/c the ones in there have been in there for TWO days; our sink is overflowing with dirty ones!!!...  Remember I said I despise doing dishes?!?  Well, that includes even taking them out and putting them in the dishwasher!)
5.  Eat all meals at home!

  1. You are awesome! I can just imagine how sore you were today, but you pushed through the pain and busted your butt and did AWESOME!!! Remember, no pain, no gain, right?!?! ... Keep up the good work! Can't wait to see the new you when you come home the end of April!!! :-)
