Day 11 of 35

But Day 17 of working out!  Tomorrow will end my fourth week of going to the gym consistently!  I am so proud of myself.  But that little annoying voice in the back of my head will not shut up.  I am getting pretty good at tuning it out but it's still there.  Saying things like, "How long are you going to last this time?" and "This won't last long."  UGH!  Just be quiet!!  Anyways...


I did not want to go to the gym this morning.  I really just wanted to come home after dropping Ethan off and go to bed.  I am exhausted!!!  BUT I went to the gym and I did cardio and I kicked butt!  :)  I did the AMT for TWENTY-FIVE minutes!!!  I couldn't believe it.  Last time I did it, I could barely do 10 minutes!  :)  I burned about 215 calories.  Then I switched over to the elliptical and did 35 minutes and burned 335 calories.  That makes a total of 60 minutes and 550 calories burned.  :)


Today's goals were:
1.  Go to gym after taking vehicle BACK into shop!  SUCCESS
2.  Do 10 mins on the AMT!  SUCCESS x 2
3.  Finish cardio out on the elliptical.  SUCCESS
4.  Do load of towels.  SUCCESS
5.  Eat all meals at home.  SUCCESS



I also called the Vets of America to see when and what they will pick up (I had to leave a message).  We have a huge box of junk that we really wanna get rid of.  I keep saying that I'm gonna have a garage sale but I haven't yet so I really, honestly don't think I will.


I think I have my routine down pretty good.  And my body has been craving good-for-me foods so that is saying a TON!!!  I am feeling good, I just can't wait to see results and fit into smaller clothes!  I know it will come with time and I just have to take it one day at a time.


Tomorrow's goals are:
1.  Be to the gym by 0950.
2.  Do load of towels (one more left).  
3.  Empty dish washer (ICK!) and load it @ least once.
4.  Eat a veggie with dinner!
5.  Eat all meals at home.


Exhausted.  Going to bed.  G'nite!!
