I looked it up; the Precor AMT 100i Adaptive, for short: the AMT (that's what the trainers call it).
So after 10 minutes on the AMT, I went over to my new bff (Remember? My new bff is actually the elliptical trainer!) and finished my workout. I did 35 mins and burned 410 calories. So, all in all, I burned 535 calories in 45 minutes.
Today's goals were:
1. Get up by 0830. SUCCESS; actually woke up about 0820!
2. Be to the gym and ready to go as soon as Child Watch opens. SUCCESS
3. Do 10 minutes of cardio on that machine that I was taught today (will learn name tomorrow). SUCCESS; forgot to find out the name
4. Finish the rest of cardio out on the elliptical; my new best friend! SUCCESS
5. Eat all meals at home. SUCCESS

It's getting easier and easier to say no to Jason asking if I want to eat out!!! :) He did that today... Wish he wouldn't though. I'm surprised, after three weeks, that he hasn't gotten the hint!!! He'll get it sooner or later.
Tonight's dinner was:
Chicken and Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
2 (14 oz) cans of chicken broth
2 (10 3/4 oz) cans of Cream of Chicken soup
2 1/4 c Minute rice
1 (8 oz) sour cream
1 stick Margarine
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Boil chicken and shred. Add broth, soup, rice, sour cream, and pepper; pour into a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Melt margarine, mix with crackers and sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
Tomorrow's goals are:
1. Get up at 0800.
2. Go to PR31.
3. Immediately after PR31, go to the gym & do 10 mins on the AMT & then do at least 20 mins on the elliptical.
4. Eat all meals at home.
5. Allow myself a treat (or whatever) at the Shrine Circus & not feel guilty about it.
G'nite!
