Day 39 of 173

GREAT DAY!!!...

Today's goals were:
1.  Be up by 0830.  CHECK
2.  Be to gym by 0915.  CHECK
3.  Do Interval Training on elliptical.  CHECK
4.  Eat everything but lunch at home.  We ate dinner out.  :(
5.  Be in bed by 11:00p.  CHECK

The Interval Training was a killer!!!  It put me on an incline of 4 w/a resistance of 1 for one minute and then on an incline of 10 w/a resistance of 8 for one minute; continued like that for 30 mins and then I did a 5 minute cool-down.  I burned 408 calories in 35 minutes!!!  :)  I feel so awesome about today; I got up at 0830!!!  Usually I will set the alarm for that time, hit snooze, roll over and fall back asleep!  But not today, I hopped outta bed when the alarm went off.  What a great feeling!

Gotta go to bed now...  Well, don't really GOTTA but I WANNA!  :)  Exhausted!

Almost forgot:

Tomorrow's goals are:
1.  Be up by 0900.
2.  Be to gym by 1000 (at latest).
3.  Let's do Interval Training again (it's HARDDDDDDD!).
4.  Get some groceries for the road (healthy choices).
5.  Eat sensibly throughout the day (travelling).

  1. Way to keep up the good work!!! I give you a lot of credit because staying motivated and focused is very hard. You will definitely be my inspiration after I have the baby!!! Love you... You CAN eat sensibly tomorrow, remember, count your calories!! It will help!
