Today's goals were:
1. Be up by 0900. CHECK
2. Be to gym by 1000. Was there by noon; so CHECK
3. Do interval training again. CHECK (HARD stuff)
4. Get some groceries for the road (healthy choices). Didn't end up going; didn't feel good
5. Eat sensibly throughout the day (travelling). For the most part
I did 40 minutes and burned 475 calories!!! :) I was shooting to burn 500 calories but I had to cut it short b/c I had to go the bathroom. I figure that I will definitely burn an additional 25 calories by all the running around I have to do today.
The above stuff was written on Friday... So, we are home (20Mar11) from Ft. Worth. It was a nice lil trip... Now I just have to get back on the horse tomorrow morning.
Tomorrow's goals are:
1. Go to the gym.
2. Burn 500 calories during cardio.
3. Go grocery shopping.
4. Eat all meals at home.
5. Go to bed by 11:00p!
