Tough Cardio Yesterday

I wrote all of this yesterday but forgot to finish it out and post it.

I went to the gym this evening and got on the elliptical machine and realized, very quickly, that it is not like the one that I usually use.  It was TOUGH!!!  So, my plan is to do the same thing tomorrow morning.  :)

Today's goals were:
1.  Go to the gym at noon.  SUCCESS; not @ noon but @ 4-something
2.  Burn 700 calories on the elliptical.  No, but I burned 416.
3.  Stay within calories (you can do it)!  SUCCESS
4.  Eat a fruit with breakfast.  No.
5.  Eat a veggie with dinner.  SUCCESS


As of 1May, I will have 145 days to reach my goal of losing 50 lbs...  Ethan's THIRD birthday.  I am so excited about this goal.  It's my pre-baby weight!  :)

That was from yesterday...  THIS is from today:

I am feeling pretty good today.  I stayed within my calories yesterday and plan to do the same today.  Although I was SUPER hungry last night.  I wasted a few calories on stuff I didn't need to fuel my body but I ate it b/c I was HUNGRY and it was within my allotment.  Anyways, will work towards doing better today.

I didn't write any goals out last night for today but I went to the gym this morning and I did 5 minute warmup and then did the weight machines w/30 second rest between each.  It was a good workout and I was sweating!

I went out to lunch with my sister before her doc appt.  She asked me if I wanted to go and hear the baby's heart beat.  :)  We went to Subway.  We had a nice time.  Then she helped me grocery shop.  We got some good stuff for the week.  :)

Okay...  So now it is 10:00p here in Coleman, Michigan and I am ready for bed.  I stayed within my calories again today.  VERY proud of myself b/c I was super HUNGRY again tonight.  I don't know what it is.  But I think I might start taking walks after dinner.  Maybe that would help.

Tomorrow's goals are:
1.  Go to gym @ 1000.
2.  Burn 700 calories on elliptical (the hard one).
3.  Eat a fruit w/breakfast.
4.  Eat a veggie w/dinner.
5.  Stay within calories!!!
