Wow!... Do you see that number? Do you remember when it was Day 1 of 35? I sure do!!! I can't believe it's been a full month already. Time sure goes by fast! And to think that I have worked out more days than I haven't in the past 31 days... AMAZING! :)
Today's goals were:
1. Be to the gym by 0915 (Child Watch opens then). SUCCESS
2. Burn 700 calories on the elliptical! SUCCESS
3. Come home, get E a snack, shower, get us ready, & go to play date! :) No; Ethan needed a nap!
4. Just be cautious during lunch time (you know what you should and shouldn't have). I had leftover dinner.
5. Eat a veggie with dinner. No.
We were out & about tonight and decided to go to Milagros (one of our favorite Mexican restaurants). I kept track of my calories and I didn't go hog wild with the chips & salsa and tortillas & cheese sauce like I usually do. Dinner's calories ended up being 733 but I had them to spare. I had a great, yummy dinner and I stayed within my calories (even while eating out) and I left the restaurant pleasantly full (not over-stuffed like usual). I like this keeping track of calories thing. It keeps me honest! :)
Tomorrow's goals are:
1. Go to the gym after doc appt.
2. Shoot for 30 minutes on the AMT and finish out 700 calories on the elliptical.
3. Make a recipe (for dinner) that includes veggies!
4. Finish laundry.
5. VACUUM!
I have been having a problem with veggies lately. I don't dislike them but I haven't had an urge for them. I know I need them and so does my family but I am seriously not feeling them. I need to find a recipe that includes them cooked in (for now) and go from there.
Man, I have major heartburn tonight. Probably the Mexican tacos. Darn them!!! Oh, but they are SOOOOOOO delicious!
Gonna watch some more of the Biggest Loser from yesterday and then get my butt to bed!... G'nite!
