It's FRIDAY!

Had a good day!...  Except I had a candy bar this evening and it cost me 300 calories.  So I went over my calories until I went for a 45-minute walk and made them up.

Today's goals were:
1.  Go to the gym in the morning.  No; will go tomorrow morning
2.  Eat a fruit w/breakfast.  SUCCESS
3.  Eat a veggie w/dinner.  SUCCESS
4.  Stay within calories!  SUCCESS
5.  Go for a walk after dinner.  SUCCESS

Tomorrow I will go to the gym and then I will take the weekend off.
