Day 18 of 35

Today's goals were:
1.  Go to gym immediately after dropping Ethan off at school.  Didn't go immediately but a couple hours later; so SUCCESS :)
2.  Wash our sheets.  SUCCESS
3.  Do week one's DB (it is due TONIGHT)!!!  SUCCESS
4.  Eat a veggie with dinner.  SUCCESS
5.  Eat all meals at home!  All but lunch (I had Subway), didn't get home in time to eat anything (had to take J to doc)

I was not feeling good last night and this morning so I called my trainer.  She thinks I might be over-training so told me to cut my cardio days in half and make them light days.  So that is what I did today.  I did 20 minutes on the elliptical and a 5 minute cool-down; I burned 255 calories.  I felt good about it so we'll see how I feel throughout the week.  I just want to feel better; I have been feeling pretty nauseous.  I know I will feel better soon enough.  I am still pushing through so that's a good thing!

I went to Cato today and I bought four pairs of pants (2 jeans, 2 comfy) in a size smaller than what I am wearing!!!  :)  I am so stinkin excited!  I seriously can't wait to fit into my goal jeans though!  I also can't wait for a flat stomach or at least a LOT smaller than what I have now.  :)  I originally went into Cato to see if they measure for bras but they don't.  I need to get that done so I can get a sports bra or two.  I need them!!!  Mine aren't doing what they're supposed to do anymore.  But that's a good thing.  :)  Right?!?!?

Tomorrow's goals are:
1.  Give Ethan a bath in the A.M.
2.  Be to the gym by 0950.
3.  Respond to one more person's DB (min 150 words).
4.  Eat a veggie with dinner.
5.  Eat all meals at home.

Okay, Jason and Ethan have been in bed since 7:30 and I so wanted to join them but I had to finish my homework first (that's what I get for waiting til the last minute)...  So I am done with homework and going to bed now.
