Today's goals were:
1. Go to gym @ 1000. No but I went at 7:00p... So that is a SUCCESS to me. :)
2. Burn 700 calories on elliptical (the hard one). No but I did burn 525... So this is a SUCCESS to me also.
3. Eat a fruit w/breakfast. SUCCESS
4. Eat a veggie w/dinner. SUCCESS
5. Stay within calories!!! SUCCESS
Today was a huge success as far as goals go... I did every single one of them. :)
Tomorrow's goals are:
1. Go to the gym in the morning.
2. Eat a fruit w/breakfast.
3. Eat a veggie w/dinner.
4. Stay within calories!
5. Go for a walk after dinner.
