I Made It!

I have lost a total of 15 pounds in one month and three weeks.  I will not be weighing again until I get back from Michigan.  I just went tonight and paid for the next three weeks to work out!  :)  I am excited to see what's going to happen with my weight loss while I'm here.  I am going to start walking every afternoon as well; with my niece, Krystan!  I think she is excited as well.

I didn't meet my weight loss goal but I am just as happy with losing 15 lbs.  :)  My family has said that they can totally notice so that is worth it.  Just wait til my parents see me in October or November; they won't recognize me.

My next goal is to lose 55 lbs by 22Sep11.  I CAN DO IT!

Tomorrow's goals are:
1.  Go to they gym at noon.
2.  Burn 700 calories on the elliptical.
3.  Stay within calories (you can do it)!
4.  Eat a fruit with breakfast.
5.  Eat a veggie with dinner.
