Day 28 of 35

So, yesterday's goals were:
1.  Relieve Sarah as soon as I am relieved from hospital.  SUCCESS; altho I myself didn't relieve her
2.  Drink ONLY water.  (What is with this coffee??)  SUCCESS
3.  Go to gym in AM and do at least 30 mins on elliptical.  No; I am not feeling guilty about it either
4.  Stay within calories (you can eat a few "forbidden" things Sunday)!  No
5.  Eat a salad with dinner (or FOR dinner).  No; had Mexican

I was doing so good yesterday; after lunch I realized that I only had a little over 500 calories for the rest of the day.  I got done eating lunch about 1230 or so and I was fine until about 6:00 and then I was starving.  I was thinking about what to eat but then Milagros came to mind and that trumped anything else.  Threw the calorie counting out the window and didn't think twice about it.  Haven't even counted up how many calories dinner was last night.  I know it's definitely over 500!  :)  But it's ok...

Ok.  I REALLY don't feel like writing anything.  ME TIRED!  :)

Tomorrow's goals are:
1.  Get back into the routine!!!
2.  Be to the gym by 0950.
3.  Write out an eating plan for the week.
4.  Eat a veggie with dinner.
5.  Fold the laundry (& put it away) that is done.
