Day 26 of 35

Started writing this on 14Apr...  Had tomorrow's training session today b/c my trainer has to go to 3-hr glucose test tomorrow.  It was a great workout.  Hard stuff!  Did more cardio today; ouch!  Have 10 days before I leave for Michigan.  I can't believe that it's so close now.  I feel wonderful.  I can't wait to see the scale, the measurements, and the pics next Saturday.  :)

Today's goals were:
1.  Go to gym immediately after dropping Ethan off.  SUCCESS
2.  Eat lunch at home (no Subway).  SUCCESS
3.  Go grocery shopping.  SUCCESS
4.  Eat a veggie with dinner.  No; ate at McDonalds on my way to drop Ethan off @ Kristy's/J's in hospital
5.  Get the roast/veggies all ready to put in the crock pot in the morning.  :)  Got the stuff for it but lil good it would do us with being in the hospital.  THEN stupid me left it in the sink to defrost while we left for the hospital.  Got home this morning and it was warm so I threw it out.  What a waste!!!

Today is Friday (the next day) and I am sitting in the hospital room with Jason.  He is sleeping soundly.  I am glad.  He needs it!  Needs his rest to get 100% better.  Time to make a change in his eating and taking better care of himself.  Hopefully I can be a good influence in his life.  I LOVE HIM!!...  And want us to grow old together!!!  :)

So, last night I came in under my calories and it was REALLLLLY hard towards the end of the night b/c Jason didn't get admitted until 1:00 am and I was STARVING.  I just wanted to go to sleep so I wouldn't be hungry.  And anyone that has ever stayed the night in a hospital knows how little sleep you get!  I did not work out today.  I had a plan in my head to do it but didn't feel like it; been tired ALL day!  SOO, Jason's family is gonna be in town tomorrow so I will go then.  Jason will be taken care of and Ethan will be taken care of, so I will take an hour (or less) for myself tomorrow (if it's okay with his family).

Tomorrow's goals are:
1.  Relieve Sarah as soon as I am relieved from hospital.
2.  Drink ONLY water tomorrow.  (What is with this coffee??)
3.  Go to gym in AM and do at least 30 mins on elliptical.
4.  Stay within calories (you can eat a few "forbidden" things Sunday)!
5.  Eat a salad with dinner (or FOR dinner).

Exhausted!!!...  G'nite!
