Day 19 of 35

(Ummm...  I am dumb!  I have just been re-reading my blog (Thurs, 7Apr11) and realized that I went from Day 16 to Day 19!!!  Man, my mind has not been very sharp the past couple of days.  Okay, today really is only Day 17!)

I met with my trainer this morning and I had an awesome workout.  I feel like I'm getting stronger but at the same time, I feel like I'm not strong enough.  I'm sure it will change in the next couple of weeks.  Then I need to decide if I'm going to continue with a trainer when I get back from MI or not.  And if I do, unfortunately my trainer will be unavailable b/c she will have had her baby!!!  Okay, well not as soon as I get back but shortly afterward.  I mean, I am happy that she is gonna have her baby but sad that she won't be training for a bit.  :)

Tomorrow's goals are:
1.  Be to the gym by 0950.  SUCCESS
2.  Wash our sheets.  Nope; maybe tomorrow
3.  Do week one's discussion board (DB).  No; didn't feel like it  :(
4.  Eat a veggie (or two) with dinner.  SUCCESS
5.  Eat all meals @ home.  SUCCESS

Tonight I made mahi mahi, heated up leftover rice, and microwaved veggie steamers for dinner.  The mahi mahi tasted like crap so I threw it out.  And I had to MAKE myself eat half a portion of both the rice and veggies.  I guess I am just not hungry tonight...  Maybe later.  Idk.  I still have 1269 calories left to be consumed for the day.

I am feeling awesome though.  And I can't wait to weigh-in, take pictures and measurements in 2.5 weeks!!  I know that I will see more good results!  It's just hard to be patient with stuff like this.

Tomorrow's goals are:
1.  Go to gym immediately after dropping Ethan off at school.
2.  Wash our sheets.
3.  Do week one's DB (it is due TONIGHT)!!!
4.  Eat a veggie with dinner.
5.  Eat all meals at home!

Okay, so I ended up eating a bowl of cereal (after typing the majority of this earlier).  And I am actually starting to get hungry again so I think it's bedtime.  :)  G'nite!
