What a wonderful feeling it is that i am starting week 4 today and I haven't missed a workout yet. I feel amazing! Granted, I have had to switch workouts up during the week but have never skipped one!!! Can't wait to do my leg workout tomorrow!
I ate like crap over the weekend and decided last night that this week, I am going to stick to healthy eating (no eating out) because I want to see a difference from all the hard work I am putting in at the gym! If I don't get it together with my eating then all of this effort will be for nothing! So, today Jason comes home from work and says that Domino's has pizzas for $8.00... I scream, "BABE!!!" b/c he KNOWS what I am trying to do! Needless to say, we did not get pizza but had leftover dinner from last night.
I read something today that completely put things into prospective for me... I was going to go to McDonald's for lunch today but after reading this, I got up and made some turkey meatloaf muffins, pumpkin protein bars, and carrot cake protein bars. :) I plan on making stuffed bell peppers in the crock pot for dinner tomorrow night. I am excited to see what a week of clean eating does for my body!!! I just know that there will be some amazing changes happening here! :)
